Prior to founding the firm, he served as Professor of Economics, Swiss School of Business and Bermuda College and Senior Research Fellow for a European Union Policy and Research Institute in Brussels where he contributes to high-level research on economic policy, developmentstrategy, and innovation systems. He can rebuild client-acquisition pipeline following a period of stagnant renewal growth. Dr. Annan holds a PhD in Economics, Doctorate in Business Administration, and MBA Strategic Management, and has taught internationally across the world as he is a frequentguest lecturer on applied economics and market strategy.

Seth Appiah-Agyekum is an accomplished logistics, procurement, and supply chain management professional with over 17 years of international experience leading complex operational, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and vendor management functions across both public and private sector organizations. He holds a Master of Science degree in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Salford, UK, and an International Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). Throughout his career, Seth has successfully managed global sourcing and procurement activities, logistics operations, supplier relationships, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives.

His experience spans multinational organizations including Precision Medicine Group, Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes, and the British High Commission in Accra, where he led logistics and protocol operations for a decade. Known for his strategic thinking, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership style, Seth brings deep expertise in supply chain optimization, procurement governance, vendor performance management, and organizational efficiency.

He is also a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and CompTIA Security+ professional. As a member of the firm's leadership team, Seth provides practical insights and strategic guidance that help clients strengthen operations, improve supply chain performance, and achieve sustainable business results.

Kwabena leads the firm's data and analytics practice, translating market and financial data into actionable growth strategy for clients. He spent nine years in corporate strategy roles within the telecommunications sector, where he led market-entry analysis for new product lines and built forecasting models used in board-level investment decisions.

At BDA Consortium, he oversees the firm's proprietary diagnostic tools used to benchmark client business-development maturity against industry standards.
